'Eye', was based on an eye.

'Leaves', was based on a Parkdale artist's painting. A small area of the painting was used. It is outlined to the top right.

'Mask': The original painting is by a client at PARC. Mask stands on Queen Street near Landsdowne Ave.

'Felino' is the skull of a long toothed North American predator. Lines were taken from the shapes of the skull to represent some of the animal's power.

'Fish' is based on an ancient Chinese roof tile at the Royal Ontario Museum. Finding ways to represent his features was fun. He was rotated so pedestrians would not bump his tail. He stands on Avenue Road at Bloor.

'Horse' is based on an ancient Chinese roof tile at the ROM. He stil looks fearful as he stands on Avenue Road at Bloor.

'Nefertiti' The ROM's relief of Queen Nefertiti included several challenges. In steel she retains some softness where she stands at Bloor Street and Avenue Road

'Zebra' was made from a mask in the ROM store. The rust finish will last for hundreds of years.
